Hot Rod Shark Paint —> Urban

Installation:

Copy the version you want into ‘\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data’.
Then you have to edit the Fallout4.ini file in ‘\Documents\My Games\Fallout4’ folder.
Add the following: ‘sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,’ under the [Archive] tab.
