Installation:
Step 1. Extract files into root Fallout4 Directory int he DATA folder you want the following to end up in your Fallout4\data folder:
Worsins-Paint-Garage-BlackNChrome-Promo.esp
materials
textures
Step 2. Check your “Documents\my games\Fallout4\fallout4.ini” file for an entry called “sResourceDataDirsFinal”.
Make the line look like this:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
This will set you up for all mods in the future as well.
