Widescreen 2560×1080 fix

It’s a alpha version that repair User interface that Bethesda broke!

It support:
2560×1080
3440×1440
5760×1080

Copy file hudmenu.swf to ../Fallout 4/interface/

add a text line to fallout4.ini

sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, interface\

and that’s all… I try to fix another hud elements, but need more testing, be patient
