White Raider Leathers

This version of the white raider leathers aims to retain as much of the vanilla texture as possible while making it white.
I had to reduce how white it was from my previous version of the mod since the whiter I made it, the more quality it lost.
This is what I believe is the best balance between both worlds while still retaining most of the vanilla quality.
