Does that sound like the kind of person who would get a tattoo of a cartoon bird on their neck?

I don’t think so and neither should you. Bethesda’s tattoo designs are terrible, this mod makes them less terrible by actually treating them like what they are – Stick and pokes performed in a dingy cellar on a bloody chair… and that needle didn’t look too sanitary, either.

You currently have two download options:
Hobbyist – Subtle stick n pokes, one tattoo per file
Enthusiast – MORE subtle stick n pokes, 11 NEW tattoos!
As of right now the vanilla tattoo names are still in the game, though they will be modded out soon.

The replacements are as follows:

Lucky Clover – Left Cheek – The Fallen
Your life has been tough, make sure people know by tattooing it on your face!

Eagle – Neck -The Actuary
You knew you were going to run out of space sometime, but you kept tattooing anyway. You’re spontaneous like that.

Radiation Skull – Forehead – Ally
Coded symbol for Ally of the Railroad. Do you have a Geiger Counter?

Bad Luck – Right Cheek – Tough Guy
You’d have to be tough to tattoo a knife on your face, right?

Anchor – Chin/Jaw- Behind the Curtain

Due to subtle differences in the way textures sit on player models based on gender these tattoos will look best on male characters for the time being. As I finalize layouts I’ll release both male and female versions to best accommodate everyone. Enthusiast is currently technically NOT lore-friendly as it features Nora’s name, but a female version with Nate on it will be released very soon.

Install:
Edit sResourceDataDirsFinal in your fallout4.ini located at Documents\My Games\Fallout4

Install using NMM or simply extract the zip to your data folder

only use one file at a time
