This is just another savegame from thousands here on the nexus.
Character’s name is Victoria and she is level 41 or so.
This also includes her own CBBE Preset, which you can copy/paste into your Slider Presets.
If you don’t want to play this save, you can use FaceRipper to copy the face on your own character.
A copy of FaceRipper is also included.

Copy the savegame file into: Documents/MyGames/Fallout4/Saves
