This is a re-texture of Vault Suit nr 111 the first one you will get when you enter vault nr 111.

Note this will not change any other Vault Suit not even the new Vault Suit nr 111 you can get later.

It should also be noted that this will not change the name of Vault suit nr 111 only its apparence, i can change the name later when they release modding tools, but for now enjoy your Nr 15 experience.
