Vault 98 – Welcome Home

Hello from Greece. Today, for the first time, I tried Vault 98 mod. It has nice rooms, but saw 4 problems, which unfortunately spoil the general picture. 1 The percentage of joy is stuck at zero, which means no, never, event, come settlers. 2 Vault 98 does not appear at PipBoy, at workshops, and the display is explained only as cleared. 3 The large basement room called as Reactor room It should be exclusively soil to put crops and water pump. 4 At the entrance, near the elevator, I powered antenna to come settlers to the Vault but I believe that this will not happen, ever. I think the workshop should be in the reception area, as in other mods. Good creativity i wish. Thanks.
