New roof and ceiling.
No console commands needed. No scrapping needed.

adds a new roof over the exsiting one so no need to use commands or mods.
New interior ceiling.
I really like the boat house but the busted roof always put me off,
been waiting for someone to fix just the roof but i couldn’t find one that doesn’t touch the rest of the house.
So in the words of a great man. “Fine, I’ll do it myself”.
