Description

I always found it a bit odd we had three tiers of trading stand but all three were unlocked by one perk. As such, I decided to mix it up a bit. I made the following changes:

All Tier 1 Trading Stands (General, First Aid, Clothing, Armour, Weapons, Bar) no longer require Local Leader Rank 2 to build.
All Tier 2 Trading Stands now require Local Leader Rank 1 to build
The description of Local Leader (both ranks) has been updated to reflect this

What I have not changed:

First Aid stalls require Medic Rank 1 at all tiers to build. This is the same as Vanilla.
All Tier 3 stands have been left untouched

This should allow those who want to invest in proper settlement building to make higher tier stands, but for everyone to at least do some basic trading.

Manual Installation/Uninstallation

Simply download the file and place it in your \Fallout 4\Data folder. Use your Plugin Manager of choice to activate the mod. To uninstall,simply delete ‘Trading Stand Perk Requirement.esp’ from the data folder.

NMM Install

Simply press the download with NMM button, and activate the mod. Make sure the esp is ticked in the plugin list. To uninstall, deactivate and uninstall the mod on NMM.
