In order for the theme to work you must follow this quick guide:

1. Go to My Documents/Games/Fallout4 (Or wherever the .ini file is stored.)
2. Open Fallout4.ini
3. Hit Ctrl+F and find sResourceDataDirsFinal
4. Add a comma after STRINGS\ and add MUSIC\

So it should look turn out like this: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, MUSIC\
