I suck at descriptions so this will have to do.
Also changes the underwear colour to black. Coz it looks better.
Grabbed the file from CE0’s Immersive Attire Fix. Thnx for that CE0.
Put the file in …/Fallout 4/Data/textures/actors/character/basehumanfemale <--- Create the folders that don't exist. Go to documents/my games/fallout4 open Fallout4.ini. Change sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ to sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\ Expect to see more tattoos soooooon I guess.
