Slinky Dress – New Colors
for Fallout 4

This is a re-color (and replacement) of the slinky red dress. You can choose one of three colors: black, green or blue.

Please be sure to select only ONE option (file), as it replaces the vanilla red dress.

The new dresses have the same general texture as the vanilla dress, except no gloss. My goal was to make the
dresses look more like fabric. The shoe colors among the dresses vary slightly.

Install:

1) Select the dress color of your choice. Extract the “textures” folder into the “data” folder in your
main Fallout 4 directory.

2) Open your Fallout4.ini, usually located in “Documents\My games\Fallout 4”

-find “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\” in the [Archive] section.

-Replace it with the following: sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\,
PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\

-Save your Fallout4.ini file and close.

Notes:

+This is a re-texture and therefore does NOT remove the Pip-boy. Your Pip-boy will display as usual. In the screenshots, I used p3king’s “Hide
Pip-Boy” mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/805/?

+When in your inventory, the dress will still be called “Red dress.” I don’t yet have any way to
change the individual dress names. Or, if someone knows, please tell me 🙂

+If you haven’t yet found the red dress, you can add it with your console (000fd9A8).

Uninstall:
Go to the following folder in your main Fallout 4 directory: Data\textures\clothes. Delete the “Slinky
Dress” folder.
