Shadows HQ LowRes performance tweak
Well, it seems to have no FPS hit while standing still, but i feel some increasing performance when i move the camera around, maybe is the motion blur, i don’t know.

Steps:
1. Launch Fallout4 launcher and choose the desired shadow quality: Medium, High, Ultra, whatever.
2. Save and Exit the launcher.
3. Open “Fallout 4 Configurarion Tool” by Bilago and change the shadow map resolution to 512 or 1024 or 2048 – I recommend testing to know wich is best for you.
Works best with Dynamic Shadows.
