SeCKs- Settlement Creation Kits
The goal of this mod was to let players unchain themselves from the Charisma 6, Local Leader 1 template, without having to micromanage what junk they’re taking with them to a new settlement. From the Chemistry Station, craft a Recruitment beacon, water source, set of beds, one of 3 sizes of shack, and defenses!
All kits weigh the value of their respective components. All kits have a value of zero.
Current List of Kits:
Shacks: 1×2, 2×2, and 3×2. Includes materials for cheap walls (3 wood, 4 steel), low peaked roof, doorway, door, stairs, and raised floors.
3 pack of guard posts: 2 small, one large.

Small, Medium and Large wiring kits. (just copper so you can wire things)
5 pack of cheap beds. (Not sleeping bags)
All kits require one extra steel and wood, to account for the crate you carry it all in. Those resources are refundable.
I tried adding a garden starter, but the game CTD’s if you output fruits and vegetables. I’ll try and find a work around.
