To have your own dapper gent (tuxedo not included), download the zip-file and put the content in your save folder,
most likely located in C:/MyDocuments/MyGames/Fallout4/Saves.
No eye or face mods were used.
The location is just before you exit vault 111, so everything is adjustable, or you could just use the Face Ripper by xatmos.
Note: the save has modded special points, just set everything to 1 and you have your standard 21 points to allocate.
