Reconstruction Radio

If you’re like me, you probably like a lot of the new songs from Fallout 4’s in-game radio. The problem is that interspersed with this music are
tunes that we heard to death in Fallout 3. A lot of current radio mods add new music by simply attaching a new track to the tail end of another,
but this can be a bit awkward once you get used to the pattern of which songs play in what order. As a jury-rigged remedy, I’ve simply made
a mod that replaces the current tracks with different ones.
There are two files; the first replaces only the songs from Fallout 3 (Civilization, Anything Goes, etc.,). The second file replaces ALL songs
with the exception of what I would consider to be ‘flagship’ songs of the game that seem to be universally liked by many people who I’ve talked to (End of the World, It’s All Over, Accentuate the Positive, and The Wanderer). At first you might be confused with certain tracks I used, like Little Richard’s Keep A Knockin and Dinah Shore’s Personality. I felt that replacing some songs with alternative covers was the better choice in some instances. This way, the song feels fresh and new all over again.
Now if you’re reading so far, you might be thinking “Well this all sounds great… but what about Travis? He’ll incorrectly introduce all of the music!”. This is true. There are two solutions to this. You could pretend that he really is the most incompetent DJ to ever work a tape machine. Or you could use XenonsSpork’s “Travis Begone” to remove his song intros entirely. The file hierarchy of that mod is a bit off, but it’s not too difficult to figure out.
All of the music I have used with is lore-friendly, fitting, and within the public domain.
