Real Legendary Two Shot

TWO SHOTS (not an extra projectile), ballistic damage is properly doubled.

All weapons with the Two Shot Legendary effect now fire two shots – or double the number of projectiles. Shotguns now fire double the number of buckshot, laser beam splitters now fire double the number of beams. (Ballistic) Damage is now doubled as well.

Energy damage from laser and plasma weapons is not doubled – it’s slightly weakened – that’s due to the strange way that the game calculates their barrels upgrading damage. That’s a can of worms that I’m not getting in to. So for now, if you want two-shot energy weapons you’re better off sticking with the vanilla system.

If you’re using the 2LM framework – I’ve not tried this with it. Give it a go and see, let us know.

Shotguns – 2x the pellets
Beam Splitter – 2x the beams
Recoil – still worse aim/recoil (I didn’t change the penalty from the Two Shot effect)

Q: Your mod broke my game!
A: Uninstall this mod and revert to an earlier save.

Q: Energy weapons seem a bit weaker?
A: Read up.

Q: Why’d you make this?
A: Because the vanilla fires only a single extra projectile, sucks for anyone using a shotgun or beam splitter (laser shotgun). Also the damage was not calculated correctly for ballistic weapons (which is what this legendary is supposed to be for, though you can get a two shot laser).
