Pip-Boy App Local Map Fix

Fixes the local map on the Pip-Boy companion app for certain resolutions. Should work for any platform (Android / iOS / Windows Mobile).

Installation / usage:

Inject mapfix.dll into Fallout4.exe with any 64-bit DLL injector/loader. If you don’t have one, just unpack anywhere and run inject.exe after starting the game (you will need to do this every time you start the game).
