Nothin’ Fancy – Nordhagen Beach
This is the fourthd in a series of Workshop Framework Layouts/one-level Sim Settlements City Plans in which the pre-populated settlements look like the people
there actually care a bit about their homes. Nothing vanilla will be
scrapped, I will simply be doing things like repairing roofs and
boarding over broken windows.
I will add a few other items of decoration as seems appropriate. In this case, living as they do between the Super Mutants at Fort Strong and the rowdies at Easy City Downs, the family has started to fortify a bit.
The City Plan is particularly intended for use with Sim Settlements: Conqueror as a very simple pre-built Settlement.
Bye the bye, if you install Workshop Framework, be sure to get Workshop Plus as well. It makes the Settlement building experience so much more pleasant.
