The main issue with fusion core drain is that Bethesda balanced the drain off of the fact that a majority of people use fast travel. For those of us that do not use fast travel fusion cores drain way to fast to make travel feasible.

This mod was created specifically for no fast travel gameplay. I have found that other fusion core drain mods were either too overpowered on some settings or too underpowered on other settings. So in return I decided to create a mod that balances fusion core drain in such a way that you can still see impact on your actions as you are using energy but at the same time remove the tedious issue of burning through cores trying to get to a location for combat.

This is a early release and some numbers may need to be tweaked, however, in the current state I find it feels rather balanced through my basic tests.
I encourage users of this mod to give your feedback so together we can get the balance perfect.

V1.0 Changes:

Power Armor Drain/Sec Running: 65% reduction
– (this is normal running as in not using sprint key)

Power Armor Drain/Action Point: 40% reduction
– (this covers any action that cost AP vats/sprint/hold breath sniping/power attacks + gun bash)

Power Armor Jet Pack Drain: 25% reduction
– (this covers the initial jetpack use cost as well as the sustained use cost)

Installation NMM:

1. Add the following to Fallout4Custom.ini
[Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
2. Download the mod using NMM.
3. Enable mod in NMM.
4. Ensure use of NMM 0.61.3 or higher to ensure the Bethesda launcher does not overwrite the plugins.txt file

Installation Manual:
1. Add the following to Fallout4Custom.ini
[Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
2. Extract the .7z archive file into your Fallout Data Folder \Data
3. Add the esp file to your plugins.txt located C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Fallout4
4. Set plugins.txt to Read Only (right click file and click properties) to ensure Launcher does not edit the file.

NOTE: This mod was created with FO4Edit the esp file this mod uses should be safe and should not corrupt your saves, however, all mod use has risks and unexpected things could possibly happen.
