Never Lose Dogmeat
Download the text file and put it in the same place as the Fallout4.exe.
When in game just open up your console with ~ (or @ for some people) and type “bat dogmeat” without the speech marks.
*Edit if you already have a follower, you will have to dismiss them before doing this, otherwise, Dogmeat will try and run away before you ask him to follow you.
