Mysterious Serum Craftable

This mod adds a recipe for the Mysterious Serum at the Chemistry station under Drugs. You must be wearing Lorenzo’s Crown to see the recipe ( you also need at least Chemist rank 1) so I made the crown lootable from Lorenzo’s corpse.
This is mainly intended for anyone that chose not to side with Lorenzo to have a option of still getting the Mysterious Serum, but you might also be able to pickpocket it from him with the right perk.
*The serum crafted is not the same as what you get in the quest since making that craftable crashes the game, so I created a new version that has the same benefits*
