Downloadable is the saved game of Morticia.

Add the file to your saves:
C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Saves

You may use “Face Ripper” mod by Xatmos to transfer the face/hair to another companion, I did that and worked perfectly.

Eyes by CathyMeow, mod “Starlight Eyes”.
