Mods already exist for Fallout 4
Are you waiting for Fallout 4 mods? So we have great news for you!
It’s official, mods are already being created for Bethesda Software’s next post-nuclear adventure to the wasteland in Fallout 4.
This year’s E3 event included Bethesda Software’s first ever conference. During the conference, Game Director Todd Howard not only confirmed Fallout 4, but also announced that the mods created on the game’s PC version would also be transferable to Microsoft’s Xbox One and (eventually) Sony’s PlayStation 4. Now, popular PC mod creator, Zealotlee (real name Peter), has announced that he’s already working on mods for Fallout 4.
Zealotlee made the announcement via Bethesda’s forums, where he revealed that he’s working on a Rail Rifle for the RPG. He said, “The Rail Rifle will have multiple modifications available. Each modification will alter the gun’s performance in some way. So far you will be able to choose different barrels, muzzle breaks, stocks, and soon to be grips. Optics will be available as well.” You can see images of the weapon below.
Fallout 4 releases on November 10 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Mods are expected to be available on the Xbox One from early 2016, whilst there’s no official time-scale yet for their release on PlayStation 4.
