Miss Fortune – Female Mysterious Stranger

Replaces the Mysterious Stranger perk with Miss Fortune. Like the perk from New Vegas this is a female alternative to the Mysterious Stranger.

KNOWN ISSUES
– The interface icons still depict the Stranger.

This character is based off my original character, Casca.
