Maxed out Special via Perk Training bat
This is a simple text file that goes in the .exe folder.
To use Bring up console in game “~” type “bat special” without quotes.
This doesn’t risk breaking game functions like using force or mod av does.
Only tested AFTER exiting vault!!!
