Max all SPECIALS and perks
These 2 text files will be used to, first, remove all perks, then readd all perks in order to ensure they function properly.
To use these: Place them in your main Fallout 4 directory (ie. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4) and simply type in console in game “bat rperks” then “bat perks”.
