I figured I’d get of my behind and make a mod, so behold my modest gift to the community. I replaced the level up and/or critical sounds for Fallout 4 with Harbinger from Mass Effect 2 saying “THIS IS TRUE POWER”. Let me know if there are any other sounds you’d like to hear from him or other voices in game and I’ll be happy to oblige.
