Less Annoying Longs

I hate the Longs. I replaced their voices with neutral ones that don’t have all their obnoxiously delivered lines. Frankly, I’m not sure they speak at all, but if they do it will be in normal Boston voices. Enjoy.

This is unnecessary if you use the Quiet Longs version of my NonEssential Minutemen mod, as it does the same thing but also renders them, along with the rest of the Minutemen, non-essential.
