“Bite the pillow. I’m going in dry.” – These are the commonly used phrases that always hurt our masters, Katamori’s ears.
This mod just changes the texture of the USA flag. Just extract to Data. You may need to change the Fallout4.ini.
If you need then go into Documents\My Games\Fallout4\Fallout4.ini. You need to edit this line “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\” to “sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\” and the mod should pop up just fine.
