Unless you have the AWKCR version then it’s craftable from the workbench the mod adds.

Installation

Automatic installation : Use Nexus mod manager

Manual : -Extract contents of the texture folder into – Fallout 4\Data\Textures
Extract contents of the Mesh folder into – Fallout 4\Data\meshes
Extract contents of the materials folder into – Fallout 4\Data\materials
Extract tools folder into – Fallout 4\Data\Tools
place .esp file into – Fallout 4\Data
