James – A male character
This is a simple savegame I decided to share here on Nexus.
I made it myself – for myself – according to my personal taste: you will not find a pretty face, or a clean looking teenager in here, just a man.
– –
HOW TO INSTALL (Manual installation):
– Put the file in Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves – in here you should find all your saved game;
– Launch the game, select LOAD and press T (show all the characters);
– Select “Show all the saves”, look for the “JamesSaveGame” save and enjoy.
– –
No third-Mods are required to play, but I strongly reccomend this nice addiction to the game:
The Eyes of beauty – absolutely needed if you want your character to look as shown in the pictures.
Decay Reshade – The dark/creepy tone in almost all the screenshot. I love it.
Fr4nsson’s Light Tweaks – A must to enjoy Fallout in all its beauty.
WARNING:
Even if this is a clean save, if you want to add an extra layer of safety to your game, or even if you just want to replace your level 50 BOS paladin with James’ appearance without wasting hours of gametime, follow this video tutorial. It’s a simple step-by-step tutorial to extract aesthetics from a save to put in another.
Cedaie provided us with a gorgeous girl and a useful video resource, so don’t be shy and give him a hug, it’s easier than you think!

You begin playing at home, right after the character creation screen: you can still choose name and S.P.E.C.I.A.L. (and, if this matters, he never spoke a word so his personality is totally your choice!).
You can still alter his appearance once you fight your way out of Vault 111, so I’m providing you a solid base to start with your customization.
In this savegame he doesn’t have a name, yet, but you can refer to him simply as James. Or anything you like.
In case you missed that part, here’s a list of all the names actually voiced by Codsworth when addresing to your toon:
