Hidden Harpoon

What is this mod?::

This mod adds a “new” weapon into Fallout, the harpoon gun!

Isn’t there already one of those?::

Yes. But mine is independent of that (I didn’t realize the mod existed until after i’d started to fix the harpoon issue I had) and is actually a little different! Mine has fixed the issue with the projectile being constantly globally relative, rather than relative to the character.

Issues::

Hands are not in the correct place.
Still makes the same reload noise as the railway rifle (The base record I used to add in the harpoon gun).
Sights are rotated and moved forward (They’re useless).

How to install::
Download the mod file
Download NexusModManager (need the latest version due to Bethesda’s anti mod thing)
Extract the mod file.
Go into %Fallout4 game directory%/Data\Meshes\Weapons\HarpoonGun and make a backup of the “HarpoonProjectile”
Copy the “HarpoonProjectile” file to the HarpoonGun directory
Then copy the “Harpoon gun.esp” into %Fallout4 game directory%/Data/
Use NexusModManager to enable the new “Harpoon Gun” mod!
Use the console to add the harpoon with “player.additem xx000800” and “player.additem xx000801 y” for harpoons where xx is the load order (shown in NMM) and y is the number of harpoons!
