Head wounds decals
For those who like to admire their head shots, or those who want to see their own head injuries.
It’s an attempt to add wound decals to the head and neck. At the moment it replaces the sack hood textures, so only those wearing a sack hood will show the wounds. I plan to make a standalone version, but I’m must learn how to do that first. And I need also, to figure it out how to mod the inventory of every NPC in order to make them wear the invisible hood.
For modders, feel free to use it as a resource, no need to ask permission.

INSTALLATION :
1. Extract the file into your Fallout 4 folder (default location in : Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4).
2. Edit Fallout4.ini in Documents/My Games/Fallout4
Ctrl + F and search for sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
Change it to :
QUOTE
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\
Or just add TEXTURES\ to this line if you have any other mods installed.
3. Edit “plugins.txt” located in Yourusername\AppData\Local\Fallout4
At the end of the file add this line :
QUOTE
HeadWounds.esp
4. After that you will need to set both, plugins.txt and Fallout4.ini in read only (right click to the files, properties, check read only).
5. Wear a sack hood.
You’re ready to go.
