HAT TWEAKS

Hat Tweaks provides small balance tweaks for 7 hats. The unique hats didn’t offer anything more than more common headwear, the Sea Captain’s Hat had a better bonus than almost every other hat, and the Minuteman Hat didn’t offer any bonus at all. They have been adjusted accordingly:

+1 CHA / PER
Grandpa Savoldi’s Hat
Lieutenant’s Hat
Minutemen General’s Hat
Silver Shroud Hat

Submariner Hat

+1 CHA
Minuteman Hat

+1 END
Sea Captain’s Hat

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for further tweaks. I’ve also included an Armorsmith Extended-compatible version as well.
