Harsher Commonwealth – Selective Game Rebalance Overhauls Mod

INSTALLMENT
1. Use NMM or put file in data folder.
2. Activates what you need
Change will be applied When you start new game or make some relative changes. For example drinking will change carry weight.
But i don’t recommend starting new game for this. Because there will be lots of updates.
This mod provides…
1. Combat change
Combat.esp
VATS max engaging distance is reduced.
NPC HP increased especially high level NPC.
Combat survival A-B.esp
Player deals A% damage and take B% damage.
2. Tempo change
Tempo.esp
Harder difficulty mode guarantee more exp.
Harder lock picking and speech gives you more exp.
legendary item drop rates increase with difficulty.
Tempo reverse.esp
You gain less exp when you play harder difficulty
legendary item drop rates decrease with difficulty.
Harder lock picking and speech gives you more exp.
Tempo Fast option.esp
No change yet.
Tempo slow option.esp
No exp from crafting
Tempo marathon option.esp
No exp from crafting
Increased required exp for level up
Increased new discovery exp
3. SPECIAL Rebalancing
S.P.E.C.I.A.L.esp
Base carry weight reduced and carry weight per strength increased.
Base action point reduced and AP per agility increased.
Hard speech is affected by charisma than vanilla.
Now Level HP bonus is determined by END only.
PER has more effect on VATS.
4. Hardcore mod

No healing from food except nuka cola
Now Bobby pin has 0.2lbs weight

Slower fire rates of missile and nuke and makes them more powerful.
