Happy Birthday!
This mod makes it so when you level up a party blower sound is played instead of the original level up sound.

Instalaltion:
After download just extract the Data folder into your Fallout 4 folder.

Change the following line in Fallout4.ini located in “C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\” if you havn’t done so already:
“sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\”

To this:

“sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\,”
