Hank Hill brings the Pro-Pain
So I decided to make Hank Hill and bring him to the Commonwealth. I’m not very good with the whole character creation thing, but I thought this was a decent Hank. The save file is right before you leave the vault, so you can make adjustments to his SPECIAL stats, or appearance if you think you can make his face look more Hank Hill-ish.
UPDATE
I uploaded an updated version. His skin is slightly darker, his hair is slightly lighter, and his eyebrows were slightly raised.
INSTALLATION
1. Go to My Games, which should be in your Documents.
2. Go to Fallout 4
3. There should be a Saves folder. Just extract this in there.
