One save file is at the very beginning of the game, the other is at the exit of Vault 111 & character name is Tina. You’ll have an opportunity to change her name and attributes when you get on the elevator to exit Vault 111.
Good news! There is now a Fallout 4 Face Transfer application! So you can take this beautiful face and transfer it without starting a new game!
(Note: As of right now Fallout 4 Face Transfer doesn’t transfer Makeup or Skin color. But you can easily correct that in the console in-game.)
Unzip save file in either “My Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves” or “Documents/My Games/Fallout4/Saves”
Download The Eyes of Beauty Fallout Edition if you want the exact same eyes, although it isn’t absolutely necessary.
