Glowing Animals Emit Light
This mod simply attaches a light source to every glowing animal variant, making them emit light. The size of the animal determines the radius of the lights, so deathclaws are brighter than ghouls, which are brighter than radroaches, etc. The current 0.2 version has lower brightness, with the deathclaw at 512, and everything else at 256 or 128.
The molerat, mutant hound and behemoth currently do not work, and may not be fixable until the GECK is released.
This mod should be compatible with any and all texture mods, as it does not modify anything but an invisible mesh. It also should be compatible with anything that doesn’t modify the “Art Object” add-ons for glowing animals (i.e. everything). Made with FO4edit and Nifskope.
I highly recommend Darker Nights and Interiors Enhanced for the full effect.
Inspired by the Glowing Ghouls mods from FO3 and FNV, but thanks to the engine update this can now be done without scripts. 100% safe to uninstall.
