Retextures the colonial duster (Preston Garveys outfit) to what i think a modernish minuteman general would look like. Hope ya,ll like it. 🙂 if anybody would like to see something different done to it, leave a comment and ill do my best.

there are 4 current versions in the file, blue or red armband each with or without the new vegas old world flag
