Fallout RolePlay Mechanic Class

This is a new project of mine to create batch files of classes suited for a more challenging and rpg-like Fallout.

Has Fallout 4 gotten a bit dry? Not as fun as it used to be since you beat the story 9 times and gotten all the collectibles?
Well I think it has, so I came up with a fun new twist to it. Creating RPG like characters with special skills and strict restrictions.
For instance, try completing the story or just play the game with a character full of rules. The Mechanic was born.
The Mechanic knows all about crafting and scrapping weapons and armor to create new pieces for trade or for keeps.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO CREATE A NEW CHARACTER STRICTLY FOR ROLE-PLAY
USING THIS BATCH FILE WITH CURRENT CHARACTERS WON’T DO MUCH

The Mechanic’s SPECIAL Stats
Strength – 4 | The Mechanic just makes and fixes them, he/she can’t actually equip big guns or heavy armor.
Perception – 5 | The Mechanic relies mostly on his/her trusty hunting rifle to eliminate hostiles. So the Mechanic’s vision is average.
Endurance – 3 | The Mechanic isn’t as young as he/she used to be.
Charisma – 6 | Crafting new pieces can be troublesome when the hardware is expensive. Good thing the Mechanic can charm for little discount.
Intelligence – 7 | Tinkering is a science. That’s why the Mechanic must be well educated before connecting this to that and screwing this into there.
Agility – 5 | While the Mechanic is aged, he/she can still perform precise movements incase he/she is chased by radscorpions.
Luck – 3 | The Mechanic is usually down on his luck, but he/she often finds little prizes throughout the Commonwealth.

The Mechanic’s Perks
Armorer Lvl 4/4 | The Mechanic is skilled in the art of smithing. So much in fact, he/she can even tinker with Power Armor.
Blacksmith Lvl 3/3 | The Mechanic knows what makes a blunt force bang and a sharp edge slice.
Rifleman Lvl 2/5 | The Mechanis relies on his/her hunting rifle in combat. He/she can hit 6 out of the 10 beer cans in the back.
Attack Dog Lvl 1/3 | The Mechanic’s best friend, his/her dog, has been trained to hold enemies down so the Mechanic can finish them off.
Gun Nut Lvl 4/4 | The Mechanis is well known for his/her weapon crafting. Including weapons far too heavy for him/her.
Scrapper Lvl 1/2 | The Mechanic can scrap components out of weapons and armor, but he/she doesn’t know how to scrap parts from high tech weapons.
Science! Lvl 1/4 | The Mechanic has a little knowledge of high tech crafting, but not too much.
Scrounger Lvl 2/4 | The Mechanic often finds ammunition anywhere in anything.
The Mechanic’s Equipment
Mechanic Jumpsuit – The Mechanic’s preferred outfit, something that he/she doen’t mind getting it dirty.
Hardhat – The Mechanic lives by his/her motto: “Better Safe Than Dead”.
Welding Goggles – The Mechanic would rather fashion these goggles than be blinded by a blowtorch.
Hunting Rifle – The Mechanic has his/her rifle to use if danger ever approaches. [Spawns with random mods] Pipe Revolver – The Mechanic’s hand-made piece, used if he/she runs out of other munitions or for close range foes. [Spawns with random mods] Pipe Wrench – The Mechanic’s excalibur, the tool that can build a fortress or the weapon that can destroy one.
Stimpak (10) – The Mechanic is well aware of injuries, so he/she keeps some extra stims available.
.308 Round (50) – The Mechanic can’t equip his/her rifle without the proper ammo.
.45 Round (100) – A little more abundant than .308s, the Mechanic is loaded up with lots of .45 rounds.
Various Junk Items – The Mechanic always keeps some spare hardware with him/her just incase a crafty oppertunity strikes. [adhesive, copper, wood, etc.]
