Fallout 4 Checklist
I am redoing the quest checklist with information from the survival guide, that and a bunch of other checklists to a final version 2.0, which I will not update until DLC. If you can think of any additional checklists please leave a comment.
Magazines
Power Armor
Figures (Mr Handy, Sentry Bot etc)
All MILA’s placed
All settlements captured
All DIA caches found

An early web based checklist I created for Fallout 4 collectors. Currently includes (but will be expanded upon)
Quests (Main story/Faction/Side quest)
Weapons (Unique weapons)
Armor (Leather/Raider/Metal/Combat/Synth sets)
Bobbleheads
Every checkbox entry also links to its relevant fallout wikia page.
How to use
Because it is web based and offline only you will have to update and save using your chosen web browser (tested and working in Firefox and Chrome).
When you want to save any changes:
Hit Ctrl+S
Double click on fallout4_checklist.htm and accept the replace prompt
Thats it, have multiple copies of the htm file for all your different character.
