Demolition Expert Fix
Normally, taking Demolition Expert rank 3 increases explosion radius by 25%. That’s great. It unfortunately has a condition that you not have rank 4, which means taking the final rank reduces explosion radius back to normal. That’s not great.
This fixes that. Enjoy. Feel free to add this to whatever bugfix compilation you want, and I look forward to deleting this file if this ever gets fixed by a patch.
