here is tiny video how it works

install mod
goto fallout 4\Data\Interface and open HUDMenuSet.swf with Adobe Flash Player or u can try to open it in your internet browser
tune all u want and press Ctrl+S to save file
save file into fallout 4\Data\Interface\DEF_CONF\DEF_HUD.xml
play game

i can’t try it with different screen ratio, but if u have stretched picture in-game in 5:4 try to set 0.7 in DEF_HUD.xml

important.
if u changed fSafeZone in fallout4.ini before – bring back default values or set same values in DEF_HUD.xml in

that HUD full compatible with my another mod, actually that is the only reason why i made that HUD
