DDS Converter
The program is designed for viewing images in the formats DDS, BMP, JPG, PNG, TGA, and TIF, as well as their conversion between different resource data formats and then view the results of the conversion and preservation of one of the above mentioned formats.
The program is provided with a help file with a detailed description of all features.
Help file is written in Russian, will take any help with the translation into English.
