Classic Fallout Color
This modification is based on SweetFX makes graphics similar to the style of the classic Fallout 1 and 2. I have tried to replicate as much as possible the color palette of classic pieces Fallout.
This version uses from 0 to 1 FPS (virtually no impact on performance).
Also on the choice of an alternative version can be installed which adds the image pixel and the effect of surface roughness (a kind of simulation of pixel graphics Fallout 1,2, the difference can be seen in the screenshots).
I recommend also to install a modification change the background music to the classic from Fallout 1 and 2, as it blends well with the mod:
