{Introduction}
Hello user, I’m Char. I was the person who arranged the music files into proper order as to work with Fallout 4’s file system. I did not create any of the music used in this mod, that credit is due to the great Mark Morgan, who made his work public domain. Anyway, this mod, Classic Background Music, changes the combat and exploration music from their orchestral tracks by Inon Zur to the more synth-esque tracks made for Fallout 1 and 2 by Mark Morgan.

{Installation}
First off, the ‘music’ folder in the zip file you are reading this file from needs to be extracted to the following directory, which normally looks like this (up until ‘\steam):
‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout4\Data’
After extracting the music files, you need to change your ‘Fallout4.ini’ file.
Here’s how to do that:
1. Navigate to ‘C:\Users\[inset your username here]\Documents\My Games\fallout4’
2. Open ‘Fallout4.ini’ and go down to the ‘[Archive]’ section of code
3. Find the ‘sResourceDataDirsFinal’ line, which should already be set to ‘=STRINGS\’
4. Add the following text right after the ‘\’: ‘, MUSIC\’
That should do it. Enjoy!
