Charcoal Fabric Newsboy Cap.
A simple re-texture of the newsboy cap that changes the scuffed dirty leather to a dark grey/charcoal fabric.
New diff/norm/spec removing most of the scuffs and tears.
Install with NMM or unpack into your Fallout 4 folder.
